FAQs and Booking Policies
What are you booking policies?
All clients must pay a non-refundable, (one-time) transferable deposit to secure natural hair appointment at Canfidence and Quirks. The deposit is 30% of the total service fee and goes toward the cost of the appointment.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled if it is not less than 24 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduled appointments will allow up to ONE deposit transfer. After that, the deposit cannot be applied to another reschedule. There are no deposit refunds for cancellations. No exceptions will be made.
What is your hair specialty at Canfidence and Quirks ?
Canfidence and Quirks is known for natural hair services such as protective styles, curls, finger coils, tapered cuts, and silk presses.
What are your COVID-19 policies?
Clients are still asked to wear a mask during services. If you feel sick or have been exposed, please let the stylist know to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Do you serve clients with relaxed hair?
Clients with relaxed hair can only be serviced if they are transitioning to natural hair . Canfidence and Quirks is a natural salon with products and techniques that are catered toward natural women.
What is the policy for no call/ no shows?
No call / no shows will be charged for 100% of their services and will no longer be allowed to book with Canfidence and Quirks.
